Military Satellite Communications System- (MSCS)
During the Iraq conflict military families were torn apart while soldiers answered the call to go. Mr. Reynolds teamed up with Hewllet Packard and Loral Space & Communications to build a Satellite Uplinked VOIP call solution allowing military personnel to communicate with families in each of the US bases strategically placed around Iraq. The user experience was much like a Skype or Zoom video call but provided over a secure satellite network and overcoming the round trip communication delays inherent over satellite in a war type environment.

High Availability & N+N Reliability
Fault tolerance refers to the ability of a system (computer, network, cloud cluster, etc.) to continue operating without interruption when one or more of its components fail. Fault-tolerant system design was required to prevent disruptions arising from a single point of failure, ensuring the high availability and families communication continuity of mission-critical applications or systems. This fault-tolerant system design used backup components that automatically take the place of failed components, ensuring no loss of service. Hardware, as an example, a server can be made fault tolerant by using an identical server running in parallel, with all operations mirrored to the backup server. Software systems that are backed up by other software instances. For example, a database with call and user information can be continuously replicated between couputers. Fault-tolerant systems with backup components in the cloud can restore mission-critical systems quickly.

Military Satellite Network Deployment
A PHP based phone app uplinked through satellite and connected to secure data services providing VOIP routable calling directly to the traditional Cell & PSTN networks. Satellites deployed in multiple locations in less than friendly locations across the globe creating round trip data lag times that application technologies needed to address.

Secure Voice-Data VOIP Communications
A cloud based web app allowing soldiers the ability to communicate with loved ones real time while also having the benefit of voice mail and text to deal with the time difference and limited time on the phone app.
